To arrange your stay we collect only what a booking genuinely needs:
- Your name and contact details (phone and email).
- An ID or passport number, required at check-in.
- Payment details for the deposit and balance.
- Stay preferences — party size, dates, pets, special requests.
For the owners of listed properties we hold the contact and banking details needed to manage and pay over rentals.
How we use it
We use your information to administer bookings and payments, to communicate with you about your stay, and to meet our legal record-keeping duties.
Only with your consent will we send you seasonal specials — and you may opt out at any time. We never sell personal information.

Our website uses minimal cookies: those essential for the site to function, and anonymous visitor statistics that help us improve it.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work for browsing and enquiries.
POPIA compliance
We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). In practice this means:
- Your information is stored securely and kept no longer than necessary.
- It is shared only with service providers who need it to serve you — for example, payment processing.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time.

We maintain reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Beyond the service providers mentioned above, we disclose personal information only where the law requires it.
