A desk, a phone and eleven beach cottages
Ballito was still a sleepy sugar-cane village when the family opened a small letting office and started matching holidaymakers with eleven privately-owned cottages along the beach. The promise was simple: every home inspected personally, every key handed over with a smile. It has never changed.
The second generation, and the second hundred homes
As the Dolphin Coast grew, so did the collection — past a hundred homes across Ballito, Chaka's Rock, Salt Rock and Sheffield Beach. We brought housekeeping and maintenance in-house so that standards were ours to keep, not somebody else's to promise.

Today we manage ±165 privately-owned luxury self-catering homes and apartments — with an Owners Portal with live statements, online booking, and the same family at the same desk at 29 Sandra Road, seven days a week.
