Owner information: name, contact details, property address and banking details required to manage and account for your property.

How we use it

To confirm, administer and communicate about your booking or property listing.
To process payments and refunds, including breakage deposits.
To send you our newsletter and direct-booking specials — only if you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

We never sell your information, and we share it only with the property owner concerned, our payment processor, and service providers acting on our instructions.
