From first walk-through to first payout

How it works

Four steps, one point of contact. Most homes take their first booking within a month of listing.

  1. Property assessment & rate advice

    We walk through your home with you, advise on seasonal rates for your village and position, and agree what needs doing before the first guest arrives.

  2. Photography & listing

    Our photographer shoots your home at its best light. Within days it's live on our site and featured in the next newsletter to our guest database.

  3. We take bookings & payments

    Our consultants handle every enquiry, booking, deposit and breakage deposit. Guests collect keys from our office — you never field a call.

  4. Monthly statement to your portal

    Your statement lands in the owners portal at the start of each month, with your payout — every booking, clean and callout itemised.
