How the handover works
- We visit and walk the property with you — an honest appraisal of rates, seasons and anything worth fixing first.
- We photograph it, write it up and inspect it to the same standard as the other ±165 homes in care.
- You approve the tariff card and house rules; keys are logged into the registry at 29 Sandra Road.
- Bookings begin. You watch calendars and statements live on the Owners Portal.
