The apartment

On the third floor of the Beach Manor building in Ballito Central, number 304 looks straight down Willard Beach — the sea horizon runs level with the balcony rail, which is precisely where you will drink your first coffee of the day. The promenade, the tidal pool and the coffee shops are a two-minute barefoot walk away.

The apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms: a main with a queen bed and sea views, a second queen room, and a third with twin singles. Both bathrooms were refitted in 2024. The open-plan living area opens fully onto the covered balcony with a built-in braai, and the kitchen is genuinely fully equipped — if you can cook it at home, you can cook it here.

Like every one of our ±165 homes, 304 is prepared and inspected by our own housekeeping team before you arrive, and your keys are handed over in person with a proper introduction to the building, the beach and the best low-tide rock pools.
