Ballito Beach Manor 304 sits on the third floor of one of Ballito's best-loved beachfront buildings, a short lift ride above the promenade and an easy five-minute stroll to Willard Beach and its lifeguarded swimming. The open-plan lounge and dining room flow through stacking doors onto a covered balcony directly above the tidal pool — the kind of spot where morning coffee routinely stretches past nine because the dolphins arrived first.

The apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms: the sea-facing main bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second queen room, and a third room with twin beds that children fight over for the top-of-the-building view. Bedrooms are air-conditioned, linen and bath towels are provided (bring your own beach towels), and our housekeeping team services the unit before every arrival.

Practicalities are covered the way our owners like them: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine, uncapped fibre wifi and inverter backup power so load-shedding never interrupts the rugby, secure basement parking for two cars, and complex security with controlled access. Keys are collected from our office at 29 Sandra Road — a real person will hand them over and mark the best curry within walking distance on your map.
