Ballito Beach Manor 304 is a third-floor, sea-facing apartment in one of Ballito's best-loved beachfront complexes, a two-minute stroll from the promenade and Willard Beach. The open-plan living area runs the full width of the unit, so the sea follows you from the kitchen counter to the dining table to the deep couches in the lounge — and out onto the covered balcony, where most guests eat every meal they possibly can.

The main bedroom (queen) shares the sea view and has its own full en-suite; the second bedroom (queen) and third bedroom (two singles) share the second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper self-catering — from the coffee plunger to the roasting pan — and there's a Weber braai on the balcony. Backup power keeps the lights, wifi and television running through load-shedding, and the complex offers a large communal pool, direct beach access and secure parking for two cars.

Like every home on our books, 304 is privately owned, personally inspected by our office, and serviced before every arrival. Housekeeping during your stay can be arranged at the desk.
